Abstract
This Regulation amends and adds some provisions of the Regulation on procedural rules for the work of expert Commission for confirming the expert works in the field of approval of plant protection products (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 139/2010).
Changes are related to the rules and requirements regarding the duties of the phytosanitary directorate; general terms and procedures for data and report delivery; and some operational and functional expert Commission rules (article 3 and 4 of the original text).
