Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the procedural rules for the work of expert Commission for confirmation and evaluation of expert work in the field of plant protection product approvals.
The phytosanitary directorate shall supply the expert Commission with all necessary supporting documents for the preparation of the confirmation report on expert work in the procedures of approval of certain plant protection products.
Major procedural issues of that expert Commission are related to the approval, rejection, additional examination and review; extension of obtained approval; revision of the approved product; restriction or prohibition of trade or use of certain products; issuance of extraordinary permits for trade; issuance of emergency/exceptional licenses for the use of unregistered products; issuance of research and development permits; and prohibition of the examination of specific plant protection product.
