Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the requirements for safety and hygiene and manner of performing official controls on milk and dairy products (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 26/2012, and already amended in Gazettes 145/2014, 59/2016 and 197/2016).
Changes are related to the added definitions and names of milk and dairy products listed as object of the text (article 1); modifications to the article 2 that offers official names and definitions; added provisions to the article 22 (setting the corrective measures); article 32 (marking, labelling); and article 46 (setting rules on unsafe milk, milk that is not correct for human consumption).
This Regulation harmonizes the national legislation with the provisions contained in the Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin; and other, see the end of the text for full list.
