Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the specific requirements for milk, colostrum, dairy products, and products based on milk in terms of specific safety requirements and hygiene, including the manner of labelling, form and content of the identification tag and method of its application and manner for the performance of official controls (facilities and food operators, also in terms of HACCP).
This Regulation is aligned with Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
