Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on requirements in terms of quality of minced meat, meat preparations and meat products (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 63/2013).
Changes are related to the modifications of the: article 3 that sets the list of official term meanings and definitions; modified and added provisions to the article 4 (product specifications; the provisions of added article 4-a shall begin to apply from 1 May 2019); contents of the article 9 that provides the list of animal parts that cannot be used for food production purposes; added article 16-a (meat production requirements); meat product classification rules (article 21); packaging and labelling issues (article 23); and minor specific provisions for different types of meat products (articles 29, 52 and 65).
