Abstract
This Regulation amends some parts of the Regulation on special requirements related to the microbiological criteria for food (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 100/2013, and already amended in Gazettes 145/2014 and 37/2017).
Changes are related to the added provisions to the article 5 that provides for official terms and definitions (added terms is Larvae); and modifications to Annex 1, chapter 1, item 1.4 and to Annex 2, where the item 2.1.9 is been added (ISO standard references).
The amended parts of the Annex is part of this publication.
This Regulation actually harmonizes the national legislation with the provisions contained in the article 7 of the Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs; and Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1495 of 23 August 2017 amending Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 as regards Campylobacter in broiler carcases.
