Abstract
This Regulation here defines various requirements (general and specific) for the implementation of the criteria, official controls and inspections (State food and veterinary Agency), and other necessary procedures for the mandatory food safety issues (such as HACCP and similar).
This Regulation is aligned with the Council Directive related to the subject here defined.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
