Abstract
This Regulation defines various practices and rules to be applied when treating or handling with experimental animals on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
The provisions here defined are more closely aimed to: implement the respect and animal life welfare principles to the animals used for science-laboratory causes/scopes, including the related reporting, data collection, monitoring and supervision over the technical conditions.
This Regulation adopts the principles contained in Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
