Abstract
This Regulation defines the criteria determining the necessary composition issues and additional labelling rules to be met by food and foodstuff for people that are intolerant to gluten (not to be applied on food for special dietary purposes).
This Regulation is aligned with Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
