Regulation on the conditions to be met by national reference laboratory.

This Regulation prescribes the conditions to be met by authorized national reference laboratories, depending on the specific type of tests to be performed.
National reference laboratories are designated as reference laboratories for the needs of the Food and veterinary Agency, also in accordance with Article 80 of the national Law on food safety.
Article 4 lists the conditions in administrative terms, requirements for obtaining the authorization as reference laboratory, and indicates the necessary technical requirements and standards for such laboratories that have to nbe based on the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia, or in a state memebre of the European union (ISO/IEC 17025: General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories).
