Regulation on the conditions to be met by supplier in order to be registered in the register of seed material and the register of planting material, on the content and manner of keeping these registers and on the content of registration requests.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, prescribes the spatial-technical and procedural conditions to be met by all seed-planting material suppliers in order to be registered in the register of seed material and the register of planting material. This text further set necessary contents and manner for keeping of above mentioned registers, and provides for registration request forms (see Annex). The register of suppliers shall not include suppliers that deal exclusively with the distribution and trade of seeds and planting material of agricultural plants, if in its original packaging and if properly marked in accordance with the regulations governing the trade of certain species or groups of seeds and planting material for agricultural plants.
