Regulation on conditions, form and content of the request for registration in the register of suppliers of seed and planting material of indigenous varieties, as well as on the content and manner of keeping the register of suppliers of seed and planting material of indigenous varieties.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, determines the necessary conditions, form and content of the request for registration in the register of suppliers of seed and planting material of indigenous varieties. This text also prescribes the contents and manner of keeping the register of suppliers of seed and planting material of indigenous varieties. In order to be registered in the register of suppliers of seeds and planting material of indigenous varieties, the supplier must meet the following conditions: to have appropriate agricultural land; to have appropriate equipment for production, finishing, packaging, labelling and trade.
