Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions to be fulfilled by those performing the tasks in terms of public service regarding the protection of biological diversity in livestock breeding.
This text further defines the manner for monitoring over the effective biodiversity in livestock breeding and also sets the terms of preservation of genetic variability and genetic stocks of cattle (in the part determining the minimum technical conditions for such operators present on the national territory).
