Regulation on conditions for placing on the market of raw materials for animal feed, labelling and characteristics that should be given as accompanying document or packaging list of raw materials for animal feed.

This Regulation sets the necessary conditions and rules to be respected when the animal feed raw materials are issued and/or about to be issued on the market, including their labelling and declaration of characteristics that should be given as accompanying document (or packaging list).
This Regulation is aligned with Regulation (EC) No. 767/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 for circulation and use of feed, amending Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EC) Nr.1831/2003 and repealing Directive-Council Directive 79/373/EEC (Commission Directive 80/511/EEC), Council Directives 82/471/EEC, 83/228/EEC, 93/74/EEC, 93/113/EC and 96/25/EC and Commission Decision 2004/217/EC (CELEX no. 32009R0767); and Commission Regulation (EU) No. 0068/2013 of 16 January 2013 for the catalog of raw materials for animal feed (CELEX no. 32013R0068).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
