Regulation on conditions under which fertilizers can be placed on the market, registration conditions, as well as on the rest of the trial production, from export or from end users.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on fertilizers, stipulates conditions under which fertilizers can be placed on the market, registration conditions, as well as on the rest of the trial production, from export or from end users. Fertilizers that are intended to be placed on the market must meet the following conditions: to be packed in the original packaging; to have an appropriate label; to have an identification mark; to have a label for the type of artificial fertilizer; to highlight the nutrients with chemical symbols and words; for the garbage in bulk condition, the declaration should be prominently displayed; to have a protective clause placed. This text is harmonized with the provisions of the Regulation (EC) No. 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to fertilizers.
