Abstract
This Law hereby sets the necessary conditions for production, placing on the market, import and export, classification, concrete use, identification, quality, composition, sampling, packaging, labelling, examination, declaration, monitoring, registering and various other issues all related to the fertilizers (substances meant for protection and improvement of the biological status of plants with the practical approach and application that does not affect in a unfavorable manner the human health, animals, plants and environment) and their correct, sustainable and safe use on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
This Law further defines the offences and consequential penalties (Chapter XIV).

Regulation on types of microbiological fertilizers, procedure and documents for classification of new microbiological fertilizer, manner of marking and identification, content of microorganisms-minimum and maximum quantities.
Regulation on the detailed conditions for import, form, content and manner for keeping the register of importers of fertilizers.
Regulation on types of soil properties improvers, procedure and documents for classification of new soil improvers, marking, identification, content of macronutrients, secondary macro and micro elements, minimum and maximum quantities of nutrients and impurities.
