Regulation on the content and the manner of keeping the register of tobacco buyers.

This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on tobacco, tobacco products and related products, prescribes the content and the manner of keeping the register of tobacco buyers. The register of tobacco buyers contains the following data: year of registration, archive number and date of the request; unique tax number of the entity, seat and address, municipality and activity of legal entity; number and date of the decision with which the entry in the trade register was made; number and date of the minutes for inspection by the State agriculture inspectorate; number and date of the decision for entry in the register of purchasers; number and date of the application for change of name, address, seat or activity; number and date of the decision for prohibition to perform activity (purchase or processing of tobacco, production and trade of fermented tobacco); number and date of the decision for deletion from the register of purchasers. Keeping records in the register of tobacco buyers is done in written or electronic form.
