Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the contents of the annual plan for the protection and management of fish and determines the contents of the annual report on the implementation of the annual plan. The annual plan for the protection and management of fish shall contain the following: 1. data on the concessionaire; 2. data on the fishing water from which the fish are used; 3. measures for the protection and maintenance of fish; 4. stocking plan by quantities, species and stocking period according to the fishery foundation; 5. quantities of planned catch by species of fish for recreational and economic fishing for the given year according to the fishing base; 6. fishing dynamics; 7. planned financial resources. Article 3 sets the provisions annual report on the implementation of the annual plan.
