Regulation on the content of consent for packaging and finishing of fertilizers and other conditions that must be met by legal entities that produce, finish, perform packaging, as well as by any other legal entity that changes fertilizer properties.

Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on fertilizers, prescribes the requirements in terms of consents (article 2) for packaging and finishing of fertilizers and sets other conditions that should be fulfilled by all legal entities that are engaged in fertilizer production, finishing and packaging of fertilizers (basic indications on standards for proper and safe handling of fertilizers, article 3). These rules are meant as well as for other legal entities if engaged in any activity that can change the chemical or physical property of fertilizers.
