This Regulation prescribes the contents of the form for reporting on results of the classification of carcasses of cattle, pigs, sheep and goats or lambs, including the administrative issues necessary for its correct fulfilment.
This Regulation adopts the principles contained in Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
