Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the terms for the necessary controls over the shipments/imports (into the Republic of Macedonia) of plastic kitchen utensils from polyamide and melamine coming in direct contact with people and food and originating in/or shipped from China and Hong Kong.
This Regulation is aligned with the Council Directive related to the subject here treated.
