Abstract
This Regulation prescribes detailed conditions and criteria for determining small producers or processors and local markets. Natural persons are considered as small producers if respecting the conditions listed in article 2. Processors are legal or natural persons who are professionally engaged in the production or processing of plants and plant products and other objects. Criteria for establishing a local market are listed in article 4.
