Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on tobacco, tobacco products and related products, prescribes specific conditions that have to be met by tobacco purchaser for the purpose of entry into the Register of tobacco purchasers. The tobacco buyer should have appropriate premises for purchase, accommodation, storage and industrial processing of tobacco, as well as adequate space for accommodation of processed tobacco (article 2). The tobacco purchaser should have appropriate and calibrated equipment for purchase and industrial tobacco processing as specified in article 3. The purchaser of tobacco for concluding a contract for production and purchase of tobacco for the current harvest should provide issues as listed in article 4.
