Regulation on the detailed conditions for import, form, content and manner for keeping the register of importers of fertilizers.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on fertilizers, provides detailed conditions for import of fertilizers, including administrative form (see Annex of this text) and contents, and manner foo keeping the register of importers of fertilizers. Conditions for import of fertilizers are: that the importer is registered into the register of importers of fertilizers; that related fertilizer is properly registered in the register of fertilizers (article 2).
