Regulation on the fee amount for issuing control marks-labels.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants (here in relation to the provisions of article 27 which sets issues on trade in imported seeds and planting material of the species of agricultural plants), determines the amount of fee that has to be paid for the purpose of issuance of control marks or labels for such planting materials and seeds (each single label, see Article 2).
