Regulation on the form and content of accompanying document on the quality of animal feed.

This Regulation determines the form and defies all necessary contents of the accompanying document that states the quality of animal feed. The accompanying document on the quality of animal feed that is placed on the market in an unpacked or loose state is printed on a template in A4 format on laminated indexed paper in two copies, one of which is kept by the supplier, and the other copy is kept by the recipient. Each accompanying document has a unique printed serial number. The form and content of the form of the accompanying quality document is given in the Annex of this text.
