Regulation on the form and content of the annual report.

This Regulation sets the forms and contents of the annual report on the controls carried out in organic farming sector on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
The annual report shall be kept in electronic and printed form.
The specific sections of the annual report will contain data on: plant organic production; organic farming; organic beekeeping; processed organic products; organic products placed on the market; exported organic products; imported organic products; certified organic seed material; certified organic seedlings (all regarding both private and legal subjects).
This Regulation further transpose the principles contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 of 5 September 2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and control (also for the standardization of CELEX no. 32008R0889).
