Abstract
This Law regulates the production, preparation, processing, finishing, storage, transport, distribution, advertising, marketing, labelling and control of organic products (produced as organic products on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia).
The provisions of this Law shall apply to the: live or unprocessed agricultural products, processed agricultural products for use as food, aquaculture products, food products and products intended for human consumption, vegetative propagation material, seeds and seedlings, as well as yeasts used as food or feed.
This Law is divided into X Chapters and 65 articles, including the offences and penalties.

Entry into force notes
This Law enters into force eight days after its publication in the "Official Gazette", and shall on 1 January 2010.
