Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and content of the annual report on the manner in which agricultural land is used. This report also includes data on the fulfillment of obligations rising form related contract for lease of agricultural land in state ownership and report on the realization of business plan or programme. The form and content of the annual report on the way agricultural land is used and the fulfillment of obligations from the contract for the lease of state-owned agricultural land is given in Annex 1 which is attached to this text. The form and content of the report on the realization of related business plans is given in Annex 2.
