Abstract
This Law regulates the correct and sustainable use, disposition, protection, inspection, related offences and penalties, and re-classification/reuse of the agricultural land (land classified as such and present on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia).
Major objectives of this Law are to implement the principles of rational use of agricultural land as a limited natural resource; protection of agricultural land and provision aimed for owners and users of such land; special protection issues; supervision and implementation of provisions of other related Laws and documents regarding the Macedonian agricultural land.
