Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and content of the application form (which is here given in the Annex of this text) for the acquired usufructuary right, which is transformed into a lease right by agreement, and further indicates the necessary documentation. The request for the acquired usufructuary right, which is transformed into a lease right by agreement, shall contain specific data as listed in article 2.
