Regulation on the form and content of the application form and necessary documentation, the form and content of the permit for collection and transportation of municipal and other types of non-hazardous waste, as well as on minimum technical conditions for performing the activity of collection and transportation of municipal and other types of non-hazardous waste.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waste management, prescribes the form and the content of application forms among required documentation, the form and the content of the collection permits for transportation of municipal and other types of waste, as well as the minimum technical conditions for performing activities of collecting and transporting of communal and other types of non-hazardous waste. Article 3 list the documentation that is necessary when requesting the issuance of related permits for collection and transportation of municipal and other types of non-hazardous waste. Collection and transportation of municipal and other types of non-hazardous waste shall be performed with specialized motor vehicles intended for transport of waste, closed vehicles, containers or other suitable vehicles in order to prevent disintegration of waste during collection, transport, loading and/or unloading, so that it ensures safe and secure transport of waste from the place of collection to the place of its final delivery (to the installations for treatment, processing, waste storage or disposal).
