Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and content of the application form for concluding a new land lease contract with immediate agreement. This text also indicates the list of necessary documentation (see article 4). The request for the conclusion of a new contract for lease of agricultural land with immediate agreement shall be submitted on a form which is given in the attached Annex.
