This Regulation determines the form and prescribes all necessary contents of the application form for exemption from payment of compensation for permanent conversion of agricultural land. This text further indicates the required documentation. The request for exemption of payment of compensation for the permanent conversion of agricultural land is submitted in 2 copies, on forms that are attached in the Annex of this text.
