Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and content of the application form for issuing approvals for the construction of greenhouses and auxiliary facilities on agricultural land. This request form is also valid for facilities engaged in primary processing of agricultural products on agricultural land. The request for the issuance of approval for the construction of greenhouses and auxiliary facilities as well as facilities for the primary processing of agricultural products on agricultural land is submitted on the form: which is given in the Annex of this text.
