Regulation on the form and content of the application form for right to lease agricultural land in state ownership for needs of public scientific and state educational institutions in the field of agriculture, for needs of penitentiary and educational correctional institutions and owners of perennial plantations, greenhouses or facilities and necessary documentation.

This Regulation determines the form and defines the necessary contents of the application form (given in the Annex) which shall be submitted when requesting the right to lease agricultural land parcels that are in state ownership for the needs of public scientific and state educational institutions in the field of agriculture. These needs include penal - correctional and educational - correctional institutions. This text is also regarding the use of state agricultural land parcels for owners of long-term planting, greenhouses or buildings. This Regulation further lists the necessary documentation. The request for the right to lease agricultural land in state ownership for the needs of public scientific and state educational institutions in the field of agriculture, for the needs of penal - correctional and educational - correctional institutions and the owners of perennial plantations, greenhouses or facilities shall contain specific information and data, as listed in article 2.
