Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on tobacco, tobacco products and related products, prescribes the form and content of the application form and the manner of submitting the application for production, areas, types of tobacco and expected production of unprocessed tobacco. Application for production, areas, types of tobacco and expected production have to be submitted in forms provided in the Annex. Application for production, areas, types of tobacco and expected production of unprocessed tobacco shall be submitted to the Ministry of agriculture, forestry and water economy no later than 30 June each year.
