Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waste management, provides the form and content of the request for obtaining necessary licenses, as well as the form and content of the license to perform activities of operator and installation for incineration of waste. The application for obtaining a license for a combustion installation operator or waste incineration is given in Annex 1 which is part of this publication; contents of the license for performing the activity of operator of the combustion installation or waste incineration facility is given in Annex 2 (also technical data sheets).
