Abstract
This Regulation provides for the administrative forms and necessary content as regards the application for the recognition of the food or agricultural food product as guaranteed traditional specialty.
This text here stipulates the complete list of data and information that must be submitted to the competent authorities of the Republic of Macedonia.
This Regulation also transposes the rules and principles contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1216/2007 of 18 October 2007 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 509/2006 on agricultural products and foodstuffs as guaranteed traditional specialty.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing administrative forms).
