This Regulation prescribes the form and content of the application submitted by manufacturers and importers, as well as the documentation required for the registration of fertilizers, biostimulants, and soil improvers in the List of fertilizers, biostimulants, and soil improvers; it also determines and gives the form, content, and the manner of maintaining the List of fertilizers, biostimulants, and soil improvers.
