Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on tobacco, tobacco products and related products, prescribes the form and the content of the request for taking the exam for obtaining a license for tobacco evaluation, the license for tobacco evaluation, the manner of applying and conducting the exam as well as the programme and the required literature for taking the such exam. The candidate for taking the exam for obtaining a license for assessment of unprocessed tobacco submits a request to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy based on a previously published announcement.
