Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary form and content and issuance rules as regards the organic products certificates, and also regulates the procedure (several procedural, administrative and technical rules) for collection, packaging, transportation and storage of organic products and products deriving from organic farming.
This Regulation further transpose the principles contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 of 5 September 2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and control (also for the standardization of CELEX no. 32008R0889).
The Annex is also part of this publication.
