Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the form and content of the agricultural land consolidation project. The consolidation project is prepared in written and electronic form. The consolidation project contains: - title page, with information about the developer; - extract from the Spatial Plan from the municipality for the area of consolidation; - content of the consolidation project; - technical report; - field sketch of the consolidation area with borders of the consolidation area expressed in surface, shape and cadastral municipality; - a field sketch of the consolidation area with the marking of the buildings and perennial plantations that remain in the same position during the consolidation process, expressed through the type, size, purpose of the facilities and the type of perennial plantations; - field sketch of the consolidation area with size, shape, value and number of land plots per participant entered in the consolidation area; - irrigation network project (existing and future); - drainage network project (existing and future); - road network project (existing and future) with category, width and purpose of the Polish road; - data from the Geodetic-Cadastre Information System used in the preparation of the consolidation project and - other data. The form and content of the consolidation project are given in the Annex, which is an integral part of this text.
