Regulation on the form and content of the education invitation, the way of conducting the education and the way of keeping records of the conducted education.

This Regulation determines the form and prescribes all necessary contents of the invitation for education in fisheries and aquaculture sector (for the purpose of execution of specific penalty measures determined by inspectors). This text further defines the method of effective implementation of such education as well as the manner for keeping related records on performed educational courses. This type of education shall be carried out by the expert service and by leading civil servants in the State agricultural inspectorate. All designated forms are attached in the Annex of this text (education invitation form; data collection/reporting form).
