Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the necessary contents of the application form for the issuance of commercial fishing license, and sets the manner of its issuance and return. The request for issuing the identification license card for commercial fishing is given in the Annex of this text. A sample of identification card for commercial fishing is given in the Annex 2. The back side of the license for commercial fishing contains: name of the concessionaire, fishing water, fishing tools, archive number of the identification and date of issue, place for application of official stamp and signature of an authorized person.
