Regulation on the form and content of the invitation to education, the way of conducting the education and the way of keeping records of the conducted education (plant protection).

This Regulation prescribes the form and determines the necessary contents of the invitation for education, sets the way of conducting the education as well as the manner for keeping records of conducted educations. Education is carried out for several same or related irregularities for one or more subjects engaged in plant production practices. This type of education is carried out by the expert service and the managing civil servants in the State Inspectorate for Agriculture.
