Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the form and content of the List of organisms or agents for purposes of biological protection and control, as well as the technical conditions for obtaining approval for import and use in the Republic of Macedonia. The technical conditions that must be met by legal entities in order to obtain approval for the import and use of organisms or agents for purposes of biological protection and control are laid down in article 4.
