Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on waste management, determines related administrative forms and indicates the contents of waste management records. This Regulation provides for logs and sheets/forms for identification and transport of waste, and form and content of forms for annual reports on waste management (including the annual landfill waste report). The waste transport form shall be issued and registered during the transport of each individual type of waste.
