Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the necessary contents of minutes (official record) for opening bids related to the use and assignment/concession of agricultural land plots. This text further sets the rules regarding reports (tender evaluation report) on the evaluation of such bids. These forms are given in Annexes that are attached to this text.
