Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waste management, prescribes the form and content of the waste collection permit and permit for the transport of hazardous waste. The permit for collection and transportation of hazardous waste consists of two pages (front and back page), filled with contents, data and inscriptions as specified in article 2. Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning is indicated as the competent national institution.
